‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis Puts Diane’s Life at Risk — But Fates are Tired

Young and the Restless spoilers see Phyllis Summers losing it over Diane Jenkins‘ growing happiness and putting her life at risk. Red thinks she’s at rock bottom, but she’s not. It looks like she’s digging herself a deeper hole by making a deal with the devil on the CBS soap.

Y&R spoilers see Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) more miserable by the day. Sure, there are plenty of reasons for her to despise Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). But she’s not the one dismantling Red’s life. Ms. Summers is doing that all on her own.

After her drunken rage last week, Phyllis woke up with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde). She was on his sofa, not in his bed, but that sure looks like where it’s heading on The Young and the Restless. So far, his only proposition is about revenge on Diane.

But with Phyllis’ appetite for destruction, it seems inevitable that she’ll get more involved with the hot villain. For now, Stark offered her a chance to ruin Diane’s happiness. And Red walked out on him after a curt refusal. But then she ran right back at his door.

After hearing that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) whisked his lady love away for vacation, something snapped in his ex-wife. And she decided to find out where they went so she could sell her out to Jeremy for petty revenge.

Y&R Spoilers: Diane Jenkins on Edge Already

As seen on the most recent Young and the Restless, Phyllis worked every angle to find out where Diane’s staying. But she was rebuffed by Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) who smelled a crazy scheme all over her unhinged mom.

Meanwhile, Jack’s new fiancée is at the cabin daydreaming about her wedding day. She imagines happiness and the Abbott family fully embracing her. But then, the dream turns to a nightmare when Jeremy darkens her door.

And Phyllis wants to make that a reality. She can’t see her way past blaming the other woman for all the unhappiness she’s feeling. But as her pal Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) yelled at her — she’s the one who’s screwing up her own life on Young and the Restless.

Now, Diane Jenkins is happily engaged to Jack. And even without knowing that info, Phyllis Summers wants to destroy her. If only she knew how on-edge Jack’s lover is, she’d be doing a happy dance. Instead, she ferreted out Diane’s location and messaged Stark.

Phyllis Risks Diane’s Life – Blabs to Jeremy Stark on Young and the Restless

Spoilers tease that Jeremy’s got very dark plans for Diane Jenkins. Heck, he might even want her dead. But Phyllis Summers seems to think the woman should have stayed dead decades ago. So, she doesn’t care what happens to Kyle’s mother.

But what Phyllis could be doing, without realizing it, is enabling Diane’s long-term happiness. How? Young and the Restless spoilers hint it won’t be long until everyone knows the lengths Red went to and how she’s putting Diane’s life at risk.

That could be enough to sway public sentiment towards sympathy for Diane Jenkins. And to despising Phyllis Summers. Already, her kids are annoyed with her. And Red putting Summer’s mother-in-law in peril won’t win her any brownie points.

Even Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) thinks Ms. Summers went too far bringing Stark to town. So, she will likely disapprove of Phyllis Summers marking Diane Jenkins for death by blabbing to Jeremy Stark that she’s at the cabin.

It feels like a countdown on Young and the Restless until everything blows up in Phyllis’ face, whether Diane survives what’s coming her way or not. But maybe Red won’t care as long as she gets to see her rival ruined on the CBS soap opera…
